To complement the production and sales of turned parts, INRO is now actively promoting their ability to supply all types of standard fasteners. In recent months large quantities of screws,in particular stainless steel self tappers and woodscrews, have been put into stock and with the support of leading distributors and suppliers it has resulted in more than 1.5 million fasteners being held by INRO at any one time. Whilst retaining their position as the major manufacturer of turned parts, INRO are now regularly supplying over half of a million fasteners per month to end user customers. With the prospect of this increasing, the company remains in a very strong position in being able to supply the full package of turned parts and fasteners. INRO have continued to push the bounderies with its heavy investment in the best manufacturing equipment. This investment has reached over THREE MILLION pounds in the last three years and they were the first company in the UK to take delivery of a STAR ECAS 10 axis sliding head machine and also a STAR SR32J 7 axis sliding head CNC lathe.
